It began with an old concrete statue of a cow that we found in the bushes, thrown away. The statue became the rainbow cow. It’s covered with old second hand ceramic tiles, broken crockery and old glass tiles from thrift shops. It took 10 months of inspiration to finish.
The joy of working with the amazing range of colours, different tiles such as ceramic, glass, glitter or Italian Smalti for me is infinite. I was invited in Tunesia, Jordan and got the possibility to work together with great mosaic artists from all over the world.
